
Dr. Kevin ROD is a certified Family Physician with focused practice in Chronic pain management. He is credentialed in Chronic pain by the Canadian and American Academies of Pain Management. He established Toronto Poly Clinic as a multidisciplinary pain management center in 2001. Today, Toronto Poly Clinic has expanded its spectrum of care from core Pain Management into Whole Health and Mind Body Medicine. Toronto Poly Clinic is active in areas of clinical work, research and medical education. Medical students, Residents and Fellows are trained in Toronto Poly Clinic in affiliation with their programs in University of Toronto. Dr. ROD is experienced in acting as Medical Investigator and consultant for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. He has provided comprehensive Insurance Medicine evaluations for many years. He uses this experience to direct the assessment activities in Toronto Poly Clinic. He is an active member of the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators and American Academy for Disability Evaluating Physicians. Dr. ROD has special interests in Patient Education, Mental Wellness and Mind Body Medicine. He strives to be a healer that guides patients on the path to recovery and elevated life. He has established the patient education platform: mypain.ca to provide patients with free guidance on healthy living and different self management skills. He is the author of the patient self-management work book: Mind Body Temple.

Dr. Sandhu is fellowship trained in interventional pain medicine with double board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He has extensive experience in treating malignant and non-malignant chronic pain with image-guided interventions addressing the underlying pathology.

Dr. Isles has years of experience in chronic pain management, disability evaluations and Psychotherapy.

Focused practice in chronic pain Dr. Shievitz has many years of experience in interventional Chronic pain management. Dr. Shievitz is a peer assessor with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in area of Chronic Pain.

Dr. Ta combines the knowledge of Anesthesiology and Family Medicine with special care for Chronic Pain Patients. He is active in Interventional Pain Management. He is an expert in preparing out of hospital facilities for meeting the standards and inspections.organization focused on providing educational opportunities in deprived global regions.

Dr. Castro is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with extensive training in Pain Management and Spinal Care. He is currently a member of the North American Spine Society and the Canadian Pain Society among other highly recognized organizations. Originally from New York City, he is fluent in Spanish and is an avid runner in his free time.

Dr. Mula has extensive training in interventional pain management and disability evaluation. He is an experienced pain practitioner and an active educator in the area of chronic pain.

Dr. Lai combines his knowledge of Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Pain Medicine for comprehensive Chronic Pain Management.

Dr. Ashtarani is a family physician and has had a comprehensive family practice for many years. He does full-time interventional pain management and emergency work at the moment.

Dr. Muhammad has many years of experience in medical and interventional Chronic Pain Management.

Niusha is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She received her masters and doctoral degree in Psychology from Ryerson University in 2013. She has completed post-doctoral internships at Atlanta Psychological Services, conducting various psychological assessments on children and adults. She also completed a second post-doctoral training working with individuals with opioid dependencies at North Fulton Treatment Centre, in Atlanta, Georgia. She has extensive experience working with adults suffering from chronic pain and other related disorders such as depression and anxiety. Niusha is also a sessional Psychology instructor at the Raymond Chang School for Continuing Education at Ryerson University. She is also the psychological consultant and mental health provider at Zendose.

Dr. Aliabadi has many years of experience in medical and interventional Chronic Pain Management.

Dr. Wan combine his extensive experience in Internal Medicine and Pain Medicine for proper diagnosis and management of complex chronic pain patients.
